Our client is a reputable company based in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking an experienced IT Manager specializing in leading digital transformation initiatives driving change adoption within the organization and managing a small team to conduct comprehensive user training for the end-users.
about the job.
- Participating in overseeing the adoption of new technologies and driving change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions. for all IT new initiatives
- Design and deliver comprehensive end-user training programs to maximize understanding and proficiency
- Identify and address training needs and design training materials or training sessions
- Oversee product testing and evaluation, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and end-users
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience combined with digital transformation, change management, service delivery end-user training, etc., with 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Solid experience in delivering training materials, sessions, workshops, or events for end-users
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English are e
- Strong ability for communicating clearly, concisely, and confidently with the end-users who without technical background
- Solid experience in change adoption and project management
