Your role involves:
Managing a lean IT Infrastructure and Application team. This includes hiring, assigning of work, performance review and etc
Planning and designing infrastructure and Application solutions for accurate service efficiency and effectiveness
Designing and maintaining Infrastructure and Application roadmaps for the overall Infrastructure Architecture
Leading infrastructure and Application projects. This includes milestone planning and risk management across Asia
Establish policies, standards and procedures in line with organization's objectives
Creating Business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure (Network / LAN WAN and Windows Servers) is required for this role. At least 3 years of Application Experience is required for this role. Proven track record in managing a team is required.
Exposure to Sharepoint, Power platform or RPA will be highly preferred.
