Responsibilities
- The Process Improvement Office (PIO) supports the Ministry of Health by streamlining processes and improving efficiencies in health systems. The PIO works collaboratively with the Department and Service Delivery Organizations as well as educational institutions and clinical experts to ensure healthcare resource needs and priority initiatives are supported.

- To be successful, the PIO requires proven project and healthcare leadership with broad jurisdictional experience across multiple areas of clinical delivery and business functions to drive strategic and sustainable outcomes, enable the work of partner service delivery organizations, and provide centralized project functions.

Qualifications
- MBA and Prosci (mandatory)
- Valid Project Management and Program Management certifications (nice to have)
- 10 years’ experience in a project management role including developing project plans, managing budgets, and leading multi-functional teams.
- 8 years’ experience managing changes to healthcare services including creating project plans and liaising with clinical stakeholders.
- 3 years’ experience implementing, upgrading, or operating Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and electronic ordering functionality.
