About the company
Our client is the market leader in their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new CRM Manager, IT – Asia to implement their CRM system and manage the inhouse CRM team.

Your responsibilities include:
- Playing the role of a bridge between the business (sales and marketing) and external vendors in translating business issues into information systems and information management solutions
- Translating latest IT CRM trends into technology investment for organization that is suitable for adoption.
- Leading end to end IT CRM project implementation. This includes requirements gathering, blueprint, milestone planning, configuration/development and testing
- Leading the CRM team, assigning work and handling recruitment
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8 years of experience in IT CRM (Salesforce, SAP CRM, Oracle / Siebel CRM or etc). You should have implemented at least 1 end to end IT CRM implementation across Asia. You should have at least 5 years of experience in engaging business stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience managing a team which includes recruitment, assigning of work and performance appraisal.
Proven track record in leading projects across Asia will be of added advantage.
