experience
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar mit IT-Schwerpunkt, alternativ eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten, idealerweise im Automobilsektor (Werkstatt-, Produktions- oder Logistikprozesse)
- Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Organisation und digitale Transformation
- Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, Dealer-Management-Systemen und Logistiksystemen wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in Lean- und Projektmanagement-Methoden
- Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytische und strategische Denkweise, gepaart mit starken Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Fundierte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um Ziele gemeinsam mit den operativen Geschäftseinheiten zu erreichen
