Manage DI projects from inception to completion, including project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation, and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership, and ensure that they are aware of any issues or risks that may impact project success. Able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and develop strategies to implement these improvements.

Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, or related fields, and relevant experience in BP, IT project management, business analysis, or related fields.
15 years of experience working in IT and business-related roles. This may include experience in business partner management, project management, business analysis, IT consulting, or similar positions.
Strong technical background and be familiar with the latest technologies and trends in the industry. Experience with IT infrastructure, software development, and enterprise-level systems
Solid understanding of business operations and strategy, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
Strong leadership skills and be able to manage a team of IT professionals. They should be able to inspire and motivate team members, set goals and priorities, and manage projects to successful completion.
Strong knowledge of technology trends and solutions, and the ability to evaluate new technologies and identify opportunities for their use. Able to understand the technology landscape and assess how different technologies can be leveraged to achieve business goals
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Able to speak the language of business and technology, and bridge the gap between the two.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions to solve complex problems.
