1.Work closely with business units to understand their needs, gather, analyze, and document business processes and system requirements. Through communication with the business team, gain an in-depth understanding of business rules, policies,and processes to ensure IT systems meet department requirements.
2.Participate in solution development and assist business units in making technical decisions. Collaborate with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solutions provided align with business objectives and technical standards.
3.Work with vendors to evaluate and select technology solutions that best meet business needs. Manage vendor relationships, oversee contract execution, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within quality standards.
4.Participate in project planning and execution, assisting in developing project plans and timelines. Ensure project delivery meets quality standards, stays within budget,and resolves issues promptly.
5.Be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of systems, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability. Assist in developing maintenance plans and carrying out system updates and upgrades.
