Responsibilities
• Manage hardware IT administration and ensure system efficiency.
• Gather, upload, and organize conformity information from various sources into the Product Compliance SharePoint site.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of correspondence and research findings.
• Prepare and deliver daily briefings and weekly activity summary reports.
• Perform ad hoc compliance-related tasks and updates to the Product Compliance SharePoint site as needed.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
• 2-year diploma or accreditation in Electronics. or IT.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic. hardware or engineering technologies.
• Strong administrative skills and excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desired Skills:
• Experience with high level business reports.
• Documentation creation skill.
• Product compliance knowledge
