Responsibilities
Main responsibilities
Help set up cabarets and instruments, follow purchase orders (BO), take photos and develop item listings;
Carry out returns of deposits, implants and instruments, including expired items and other special returns;
Track instrument replacement orders;
Participate in the reconciliation of hospital and warehouse inventories;
Maintain effective and positive communication with the administrative team and the sales force.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
Bilingualism required (French and English).
Knowledge and comfort with the Ms Office suite
Asset: SAP, EDI, SMS
Experience in a role related to inventory management;
Experience in the medical device industry, or a specialization in orthopedics, is an asset;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Autonomy, ability to learn quickly, management of priorities and work under pressure;
Ability to solve problems and take initiative;
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
