■About our Client:Our client is a leading global beauty brand, known for its innovation and commitment to high-quality products. Prioritize sustainability, inclusivity, and creativity, continuously pushing boundaries to stay at the forefront of the beauty industry. With a focus on consumer-centric campaigns, our client thrive on collaboration and a digital-first mindset to create meaningful connections with their audience.■Summary of the Position:As the International Campaign & Content Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the ideation and execution of integrated campaigns across global markets. You will strategically plan and manage 360° campaigns, coordinating with various stakeholders to create impactful content for digital, retail, and social media channels. You will lead the development of compelling consumer-focused stories and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.■Key Responsibilities:・Consumer trend/Competitor watch to generate new insights/ideas to fuel in digital/social mkt activations・Develop campaign concepts/claims & transform big concept into social ideas/assets creation・Based on mkt calendar, craft impactful 360 activation plan in collaboration with stakeholders(PR/Digital/Advocacy/E-com/Retail/CRM/Edu etc...)1. Orchestrate the development of 360 content strategy to ensure an integrated and impactful campaign2. Align with Zones & Drive countries during specific meetings & workshops3. Brief the agency for content creation and manage the relationship all through the project・Create campaign digital assets and keep optimize by co-work with Zone and countries・Drive consistency and relevancy across all touchpoints, aligned with the category strategy & brand priorities, and ensue 360 ROI・Define and frame comm guidelines for local adaptation・Draft IMC 360 notes to countries to make sure good local execution・Work with Zones and drive countries to understand local needs, optimize content relevancy, track assets performance etc...■Competency・Innovator・Entrepreneur・Integrator・Team-player
