You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Japan, APAC, EU, and the Americas, leading transformation initiatives from ideation to completion. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
・Minimum 8 years of experience in program management or a related field.
・Proven experience leading transformation initiatives.
・Expert knowledge of engineering processes and process management.
・Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
・Experience working in a global environment.
・Strong project management skills.
・Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (as needed).
・Fluency in English and Japanese.
・Experience with process modelling tools is a plus.
