Responsibilities
• Resolve application support incidents and user issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Deliver comprehensive user training sessions to enhance user proficiency and maximize application utilization.
• Develop and implement code/configuration fixes to address identified issues and optimize application performance.
• Execute maintenance and enhancement tasks as required, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Provide ongoing operational support, including troubleshooting and problem-solving, while actively facilitating knowledge transfer to team members to promote a collaborative and empowered work environment.
Qualifications
Essential Skills
1. Three (3) years' experience as an Application Support Analyst designing, implementing, documenting, and supporting software solutions.
2. Three (3) years’ experience with Java web frameworks preferably Spring framework, Spring boot and JavaScript frontend libraries like React, Angular, Vue and jQuery.
3. Three (3) years’ experience in UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) design discipline.
4. Three (3) years’ experience with industry stand and programming languages such as Java, Visual Studio, JavaScript.
5. Three (3) years’ experience migrating data and deploying modules or components between Development, Test and Production environments.
6. Three (3) years’ experience in database technologies, reports generation, and scripting in Oracle or PostgresSQL and performing analytics with Microsoft Power BI.
7. Three (3) years’ experience supporting applications in the cloud (Azure, Digital Ocean) and on premise with debugging and problem-solving skills.
8. Three (3) years' experience translating business requirements into technical specifications to develop, maintain or enhance software.
Desired Skills:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels.
2. Ability to disseminate information to various audiences, technical or non-technical.
3. Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and clients.
4. Ability to support multiple applications.
5. Excellent documentation skills
6. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Knowledge of on premise and cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
