Review the budgets for all assigned projects and submit them for further evaluation.• Design Management - Prepare comprehensive Design Brief Documents for all projects regarding interior designs, integrating inputs from various stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. Coordinate and arrange kick-off meetings for all projects. Attend the project kick-off meetings and contribute to the discussion regarding project scope and expectations. Review the drawings received from regions, provide inputs, and submit them for further review. Conduct periodic quality audits for assigned projects to ensure adherence to interior drawings and specifications during site execution and drawing development stages. Collate all updates on project progress and create dashboards to monitor progress in terms of budgets, timelines, and efficiency. Track all design change requests across all projects and ensure approvals are in place. Liaise with various stakeholders in the region for the completion of show flats as per timelines. Provide inputs to the marketing and sales team for collaterals, brochures, specifications for the sales gallery, etc.• Consultant Management - Float RFPs along with the design brief document to invite quotes from consultants. Collate all feedback on consultant performance from regions and submit it for review and necessary action.• Innovation and Efficiency Enhancement - Provide inputs on standardization initiatives across interior design processes and practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in project execution. Contribute to inputs on value engineering at every stage of design development. Provide suggestions on emerging technologies and new materials to the Interior Design Lead.• Risk Management - Proactively identify potential risks associated with design decisions and project execution, highlighting them to all stakeholders for immediate action. Implement the approved mitigation plan for project completion on time.
