About the Company

We are currently representing a reputable ID consultancy with mixed portfolios in Hong Kong, Greater China and Overseas. With a newly added headcount to further support their business expansion, they are looking for a Interior design VP to be based in Hong Kong to join them

About the Role

As the VP of the Hong Kong office, you will be responsible for developing the company's business strategy and operational plans to drive organizational change. You will guide the development department in acquiring new projects and clients, represent the company in meetings while reporting to the chairman, and manage business negotiations with key clients. Additionally, you will oversee design projects, implement training programs for employee development, and support the marketing department in enhancing the company’s brand image.

Requirement

• A bachelor's degree or higher in interior design, preferably with international education or work experience.Had project experience in Star 5 hotel project is must
• Strong skills in scheme design and hand-drawing, with a sharp analytical mind and proven experience in independently managing large and medium-sized projects.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, along with personnel management, communication, and business negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrates high professional standards, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster team cohesion and charisma.
• Possesses a unique design vision and inspiration, strong artistic sensibility, innovative thinking, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Candidates with less experiences may be considered as Director
