Responsibilities
• Strategic Growth Marketing: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, website traffic, sales, and retention.
• Collaboration with eCommerce: Partner with the eCommerce team to meet and exceed traffic, conversion, and sales targets.

• Budget Management: Lead the creation and management of the annual digital budget, setting KPI targets and allocating spend across paid media channels.
• Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a test-and-learn culture, identifying new growth channels and staying ahead of industry trends to drive forward-thinking strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role within a B2C organization.
• Expertise in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), CRM systems, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation platforms.
• Proven track record in optimizing CAC, LTV, and ROAS with a data-driven approach.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage in both strategic and tactical work.
• Experience in high-growth B2C environments.
• Expertise in SEO, content marketing, and retention strategies.
• Familiarity with both Canadian and U.S. markets is a plus.
