Responsibilities
• Revise and enhance current system training content to ensure it is up-to-date and effective for end users.
• Create comprehensive training materials for Peoplesoft and other systems, tailored to meet organizational needs and user proficiency levels.
• Analyze and identify training requirements through thorough needs assessments, ensuring training programs address specific gaps and improve overall system usage.
• Facilitate both in-person and eLearning training sessions, utilizing various delivery methods to engage and educate users effectively.
• Work closely with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships, ensuring training solutions are aligned with business objectives and user needs.
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
1. Minimum Five (5) years of experience in delivering operational and project-based training
2. Five (5) years’ experience in conducting needs assessments, building client relationships, creating learning content and utilizing appropriate delivery methods
3. Five (5) years’ experience using online learning software and methodology to develop and deliver eLearning content
4. Three Plus (3+) years' experience with Peoplesoft training development
5. Minimum three (3) years of Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) experience
Desired Skills
1. Excellent communication and customer service skills
2. Strong organizational and time management skills
3. Collaborative team player sharing and contributing to best practices
4. Basic project management knowledge for estimating scope, time and costs
