Responsibilities
Provide Daily Leadership:
Inspire and guide a team of sales agents and insurance representatives, ensuring their performance meets and exceeds both customer and business satisfaction goals.
Train, Motivate, Coach:
Empower your team to excel through effective training, motivation, and coaching, helping them achieve their full potential and drive success.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills & active listening
- Must have LLQC license (Life License Qualification Program)
- Must be comfortable working in sales environment and monitoring calls while steering KPIs towards optimal performance
- Must have 2-3 years of people management experience in a sales or financial environment
