What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years of Insurance Broker/Account Management in General Insurance
- Portfolio: SME clients
- Skills: Strong communicator with top-notch relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Certifications: Must have Tier 1.
- Mindset: Positive, Nimble and adaptable, ready to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Role Focus: 50% sales (all warm leads) and 50% service.
