💰 Hourly wage: $30 to $38, depending on experience

Competitive hourly rate: $30 to $38/hour, depending on experience
Hybrid schedule: 2 days/week in-office (downtown Montreal)
Occasional evenings and weekends on rotation

Responsibilities
Manage personal lines policy renewals
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
Handle claims follow-ups and provide client support
Prepare quotes and ensure timely follow-ups
Prospect new clients
Represent the company at industry events
Perform related administrative and coordination tasks as needed
Qualifications
Solid experience in personal lines insurance
AMF license required
Fluent in both French and English — bilingualism is essential as many clients are English-speaking only
Proficient with insurance systems and digital tools
Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and a high level of professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
