The below are the roles and responsibilities of the Administrator. All these jobs need to be carried out in consultation of the Principal.
1. Verification of Admin staff & contract staff attendance.
2. Monitor and resolve off-roll / contract employee grievances.
3. Facilitate off-roll / contract Manpower recruitment.
4. Contract Management – timely renewals of contracts, Principal employer RC & Contractor License.
5. Purchase initiation, negotiating with vendors & obtaining quotations for all capital and consumable purchases.
6. Coordination for uniform purchase.
7. Review of Asset / inventory management.
8. Corresponding with Niyogaa for approval of various purchases, conduct of events etc.
9. All correspondence with local body of governance.
10. Land related documentation and processing.
11. Transport Management – work out transport routes, monitor regular vehicle cleaning & maintenance, timely renewal of insurance, tax etc and timely completion of FC works.
12. Ensuring all the Statutory compliances (Stability, D License, Building insurance, Fire & safety, food, sanitary, Labour, tax, EPF, ESIC etc)
13. Oversee the travel and hospitality arrangements made for Guests and other committee members.
14. Oversee processes and address issues related to canteen operations, facility management, space management, scrap management and infrastructure (including IT infra).
15. Responsible for all infrastructural maintenance activities like civil, electrical, lift, Genset, AC plant, biogas, solar and all AMC renewal & services.
16. Facilitation of admission activities.
17. Handle Directorate of School Education & ICSE board related activities.
18. Oversee timely completion of TC requests from students and TC related documentation activities.
19. Contribute to Annual Budget preparation.
20. Oversee Security Management.
21. Oversee traffic management.
22. Attend to all sorts of emergency.
23. Responsible for all the administrative activities of Sath Sadhana.
24. Maintenance of store room and periodic review of store rooms and updating of inventory records / and pertaining files
