■Job description:As an Insight and Analysis Manager, you will play a pivotal role in positioning the company as a leader in Japan's emerging therapeutic market by understanding the needs of healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients, ultimately driving product success in a fast-evolving industry. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Planning and conducting market research to assess the business landscape and provide key stakeholders with data-driven insights.- Conducting competitor analysis to identify potential threats and recommending strategic countermeasures.- Developing and maintaining KPI dashboards to monitor business performance and suggest necessary actions.- Contributing to cross-functional projects and initiatives focused on business intelligence and analytics.

求められる経験
- Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
- Business-level of Japanese and English (both verbal and written)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in the related industry (pharmaceutical/healthcare, consumer goods or other regulated industries preferred) or consulting firm required.
