Our fast paced and friendly manufacturing and logistics branch, located in the bustling center of Mississauga's industrial hub, is looking for two people to join our internal team! Using your customer service skills and love of problem solving (a gift for gab won't hurt in this role either!), you'll make outbound calls to set up meetings for the outside sales team. In this role, you'll support the critical first step in the customer journey, and work hand in hand with the rest of the business development team to bring solutions to our customers and prospects in the industrial sector.

$52,000 - $54,000 annually with additional financial incentives

Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls into sales databases to qualify prospects
Identify prospects in need of temporary or permanent hire workforce services
Effectively communicate Randstad’s service offerings to prospects
Schedule sales appointments with prospects for the business development team
Drive high outbound call activity and exceed call and scheduled meeting targets
Use marketing materials effectively to increase call to meeting ratios
Be in constant communication with the business development team
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience
Previous experience in outbound sales/call center is highly desired
Experience in lead generation or outbound calling will be considered an asset
