- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails.
- Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers’ inquiries and sending sales information through emails.
- Proficient in executing sales strategies, scripts, information gathering on customers.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Up selling products or services.
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas and sales targets.
- Strong marketing knowledge to identify areas of lead growth.
- Handle proper documentation and recording of sales closing activities.
- Handle customer inquiry after-sales service.

about the requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Preferred language(s): Mandarin to serve the China market
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Past similar experiences are preferred. Knowledge in Internet Marketing/SEO is a strong added advantage.
- Outstanding fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
