Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
* Provide technical assistance
* Sizing and selection of equipment
* Prepare quotes and follow up
* Order entry, delivery times, back-order management
* Answering calls
* Other duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
* Consistent job track record
* Dedication to excel in their career and desire to grow
* Able to multitask and prioritize work
* Good with MS Suite and CRM
