We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Injection Molding Engineer (Packaging) to join a growing team for a packaging manufacturer!
- Reporting to: Head of Operations

the role
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules, manage spare parts inventory, and prepare annual maintenance budgets.
- Optimize production cycle times, troubleshoot machine breakdowns, and conduct root cause analysis.
- Train and develop technicians, assign tasks, and oversee team performance.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety regulations, monitor process parameters, and work with machine manufacturers to resolve issues.
- Implement Kaizen principles to reduce cycle times, energy consumption, and improve overall efficiency.
the experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in injection molding machinery.
