... Key Responsibilities
- Legal Register Management: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of all legal registers, including the ASIC Register.
- ASIC Applications: Draft and manage ASIC applications, showcasing your understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Lease Documentation: Assist in drafting lease documents and participate in negotiations under the guidance of the Senior Legal Counsel.
- External Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for external lawyers and stakeholders, building strong, collaborative relationships.
- Document Drafting: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including supplier agreements.
- Legal and Administrative Support: Provide robust legal and administrative support to the Senior Legal Counsel, ensuring all legal work is well-informed and backed by essential background information.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research and analysis as requested by the Senior Legal Counsel, contributing to innovative legal advice.
- Diverse Legal Assistance: Support the Senior Legal Counsel in a variety of legal matters, including employment law, litigation, business acquisitions and disposals, subpoenas, landlord disputes, migration matters, property law, corporate law, governance, regulatory issues, and project management.
