As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technology infrastructure that supports an organization's operations. Your role involves assessing current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and deploying solutions that enhance performance and security. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and will be tasked with monitoring systems to preemptively address potential issues. • Create scalable architectures using Red Hat BPM and Fuse for secure banking app integration
• Automate and enhance processes with Red Hat BPM to boost efficiency and customer experience
• Develop integration solutions for seamless data flow across banking and financial systems using Red Hat Fuse
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations and data security policies in all solutions and workflows
• Mentor development teams on architecture standards and best practices for quality deliverables
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements, align solutions with business goals, and present architecture recommendations
• Monitor and improve system performance and scalability in dynamic banking environments
• Maintain documentation for architecture design and compliance for regulatory purposes

• Degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years in Red Hat BPM, and Fuse solutions
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector will be a plus
• Proficient in English
