• Provision, operation of customer’s systems 
• Coordination of migration and implementation projects, allocating tasks within the team
• Assessment of the infrastructure in case of new clients, taking over for operations/maintenance
• Current systems upkeep, maintenance, managing upgrades
• Analysis and removal of occurring problems
• Constant communication to involved units and partners
• Preparing/making presentations for clients and introducing/teaching system functions to colleagues through internal training, if required

• 5 years' relevant experience  
• You have solid knowledge about cloud based (AWS) infrastructure operations
• You have solid knowledge of Linux systems
• Oracle Database and Application Servers are advantages
• You have good understanding in high availability solutions, IP networking, virtualization, storage and
  backup systems, server hardware
• Knowledge of on-premise infrastruture operations is an advantage
• Application containerization expertize is a plus
• You are willing to take part in a 24/7 standby support in a rotation within the team
• You would like to use your excellent English on a daily basis
• You work well under pressure and you are a team player
• You know what ITIL means
