This Technology/Infrastructure Architect role is a very important and highly visible role that attracts attention from all stakeholders within the company and group.This role will be a member of the Architecture leadership team embedded with the Chief Technology Office (CTO), the product teams, capability owners, and peers across the Architecture organization, spanning architecture domains (e.g. data architecture, application/solution architecture) to develop, drive and maintain enterprise infrastructure patterns, processes and roadmap.The Technology/Infrastructure Architect is a key thought leader helping to set the direction for the Global Network, Hardware, and Software Infrastructure. 求められる経験
Over 10 years of leadership experience in technology, including:
• Implementation experience in infrastructure areas... Architecture design, operations, and engineering (hardware/software) in both cloud (such as AWS) and on-premises environments
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure-related projects (experience in being accountable for architecture within projects)

• Knowledge of cloud (such as AWS), AI, solution architecture, data, patterns/best practices, operational design, OS, middleware, network/security, and EA frameworks
• Knowledge of business and business processes in finance and life insurance
• Ability to create and execute a clear enterprise strategy vision and target architecture to support the entire group, utilizing knowledge and experience in advanced technologies
• Ability to clearly communicate the ideal state to all levels of the organization, lead the adoption of technology infrastructure architecture policies, patterns, and standards, and drive technical modernization and optimization
• Ability to interpret complex business challenges to identify technology solutions and leverage them across the enterprise
