3. Oversee server and storage solutions, ensuring high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery capabilities.
4. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of cloud platform solutions, particularly Ali Cloud, to ensure optimal performance and security.
5. Perform regular network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to identify and resolve potential issues.
6. Collaborate with IT security team to implement security policies, firewall rules, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
7. Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in infrastructure and network management.
8. Develop and document procedures, policies, and standards for infrastructure and network management.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess infrastructure needs, plan upgrades, and implement new technologies.
10. Adhere to ITIL best practices in managing the IT infrastructure lifecycle, including incident management, change management, and service level management.
11. Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, service-level agreements, and vendor performance reviews.
12. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team, mentoring junior staff members.
13. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring infrastructure and network readiness for new initiatives.

1. Expertise in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, including routers, switches, firewalls, and WAN/LAN technologies.
2. Familiarity with server virtualization, cloud computing, and storage solutions.
3. Expertise in managing cloud platforms, including experience in deploying, scaling, and optimizing cloud-based solutions.
4. Experience with IT security best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and network access control.
5. Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
6. Familiarity with ITIL framework and ability to apply best practices in managing IT infrastructure.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to interact with all levels of staff.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network management, including experience in a global enterprise.
11. Certifications in relevant areas, such as CCNA, CCNP, ACP, or equivalent, are required.
12. Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
