We are currently looking for an Infection Control Nurse (Post Basic) for one of the renowned hospital chains. This position requires your urgent attention.

The role:

• Develop, execute, and monitor Infection Control SOPs and policies in clinical and non-clinical areas in alignment with MOH guidelines, ensuring staff compliance through regular audits and training.
• Establish systems for reporting infection incidents, evaluating trends, and presenting findings to the Infection Control Committee and nursing division, while investigating employee injuries related to blood/body fluid exposure.
• Respond to outbreaks of hospital-acquired infections, ensuring alignment with MOH guidelines, and assist with medical-legal issues related to infection control.
• Conduct Infection Control training for staff, ensure orientation for new employees, and participate in ongoing professional development through CNE programs to maintain up-to-date infection control expertise.
