Responsibility：
1.New Production equipment evaluation, developing technical agreement in order to ensure the equipment to meet the production requirement
2.Working for new production process, developing new process standard and operating/commissioning machine to produce prototype products.
3.Gathering and analyzing testing data.
4.Working with production & Quality together to Monitoring and improving the existing production process.
Qualification：
1.3+experience of process
2.Experience of NPI. New process testing.
3.Process: familiar with Ultra sonic welding, powder mixing, dozing, carbon block baking. Equipment: have basic knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, servo motor, robot.
4.Can work with Office to deal with daily work，skills of cad、solid works is a plus
5.Oral and written English are required. Talking with foreign engineer is needed.
