We are looking for an Industrial Consultant to join their expanding team, who will contribute to the team's success through their expertise and commitment to the profession.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Become a (pro)active member of the Industrial Agency Team;
- Represent Landlords and Tenants;
- Target Industrial Occupiers, understanding their needs and providing different accommodation solutions short and long term;
- Maintain strategic relationships with key tenants;
- Manage sale and lease from the start to the end of each project;
- Cooperate with different divisions of the company;
- Provide cross-border assistance to different country teams of Savills Global Advisors;
- Support and mentor team members
The ideal candidate:
- is an ambitious and self-driven person,
- has 5 years of relevant experience in commercial property sales or leasing
- is a team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Economics or Technical degree, and real estate related studies
- is not afraid of challenges and deadlines
