This Vibrant and welcoming school is looking for a committed Individual needs assistant to work 1:1 with SEN learners in both the primary and secondary divisions. This is a full time role and you will be responsible for supporting the children and young people in there classes and also working 1:1 with the learners outside of the classroom with subjects, topics and specific therapies. The children in attendance at this setting have SEMH and additional needs and the majority have been part of a managed move to this specialist school so the ideal candidate should have previous experience or be willing to support a SEN learners with complex needs.

The school can offer great progression opportunities and several of there INA's have gone onto teacher training or specialist therapy roles. The school is a through primary and secondary school and boasts brilliant grounds, spacious classrooms, brilliant resources and technology.
