This Vibrant and welcoming school is looking for an experienced Individual needs assistant to work 1:1 with a SEN learner in the secondary school. This is a full time role and you will be responsible for supporting the child in there classes and also working 1:1 with the learner outside of the classroom with subjects, topics, outdoor learning and specific therapies. The child your be supporting has Autism and additional needs and has been part of a managed move to this specialist school so the ideal candidate should have previous experience or be willing to support a SEN learners.
The school in question is a lovely specialist school with a huge community. The school can offer great progression opportunities and several of there INA's have gone onto teacher training or specialist therapy roles. The school is a through primary and secondary school and boasts brilliant grounds, spacious classrooms, brilliant resources and technology. This school has a long standing team and senior leadership and they are excited to welcome a new member to there team.
This is a full time opportunity, needed from September 2024. All applicants must be available 08:30-4:30 daily.
