Contributing in operational excellence for payments ● Contributing towards KTLO initiatives (responsible to support partner issues , support disaster recovery drills , supporting infra/ tech upgrade in B.com) ● Contribute in the service health & service continuity (Service involved : Bizent, MDF, PSP Reporting, Griphook, BDC) etc Working as support Engineer in team ● Handling ask-slack channel load ● Helping Product managers in production data analysis ● C

Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Repair Technician or similar role Proficiency in testing procedures and protocols. Ability to use various Debug tools and equipment to produce afinal product Ability to follow instructions and procedures as delivered foreach product Diploma EEE/ECE 2-4 year experience in ManufacturingIndustry preferred.
