Contributing in operational excellence for payments ● Contributing towards KTLO initiatives (responsible to support partner issues , support disaster recovery drills , supporting infra/ tech upgrade in B.com) ● Contribute in the service health & service continuity (Service involved : Bizent, MDF, PSP Reporting, Griphook, BDC) etc Working as support Engineer in team ● Handling ask-slack channel load ● Helping Product managers in production data analysis ● C
