We are looking for dedicated and caring Teaching Assistants/Key Workers to work proactively with mainstream schools and prevent exclusions.

Here's what you'll be doing:
- Be a Champion for Student Success: Work closely with schools to support students who are at risk of exclusion, helping them overcome challenges and make positive choices.
- Individualised Support: You'll work with a caseload of up to 10-12 students, providing one-on-one and small group support both in the classroom and within school settings.
- Build Positive Relationships: Connect with students on a personal level, building trust and encouraging their emotional growth.
- Promote a Positive Learning Environment: Help students to engage with their education, make good choices, and understand the importance of learning.

- Commitment to Learning: You'll be eager to learn new skills and develop your knowledge to best support the students you work with.
- Essential Requirements:
* Minimum L2 (GCSE 4-9 or equivalent) qualification in Maths & English.
* Valid driving licence and own use of a vehicle.
