Lead and develop strategic sourcing initiatives for a dynamic, global FMCG leader. ■About the companyOur client is a leading multinational consumer goods company with a strong presence in the global market. They are known for their commitment to innovation and their collaborative, high-performing culture.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs the IMS Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing strategic procurement plans, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings across multiple categories. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives. You'll lead complex sourcing events, negotiate contracts, and implement innovative strategies to optimize procurement processes.■Main tasks include・Lead demand and spend management, liaising with stakeholders to develop procurement strategies.・Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.・Develop and implement a sustainable sourcing strategy aligned with company values.・Conduct market research and build category expertise to inform sourcing decisions.・Lead negotiations to achieve cost savings and optimize payment terms.・Identify and implement synergy opportunities across regions and functions.・Establish price forecasts for budget cycles and reporting.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply now.We look forward to hearing from you.#LI-Hybrid

求められる経験
■Requirements
・10+ years of procurement experience, preferably in indirect procurement within an FMCG or multinational corporation.
・Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
・Ability to lead complex sourcing events (RFPs).
Strong financial understanding (budgeting, payment terms, cash flow).
・Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) in English.
・Experience collaborating across global and regional functions.
・Proven ability to drive cost savings and optimize procurement processes.
・Experience developing and implementing sustainability initiatives within procurement is preferred.
・Japanese language skills are a plus.
・Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
