Job Responsibility：

1. New Production equipment evaluation, developing technical agreement in order to ensure the equipment to meet the production requirement
2. Working for new production process, developing new process standard and operating/commissioning machine to produce prototype products.
3. Gathering and analyzing testing data.
4. Working with production & Quality together to Monitoring and improving the existing production process.

Job Requirement：

1. 3+experience of process  
2. Experience of NPI. New process testing.
3. Process: familiar with Ultra sonic welding, powder mixing, dozing, carbon block baking. Equipment: have basic knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, servo motor, robot.
4. Can work with Office to deal with daily work，skills of cad、solid works is a plus
5. Oral and written English are required. Talking with foreign engineer is needed
