Pozíció leírása / Job description- Managing user roles and access privileges within various banking applications and infrastructure systems
- Handling complex access requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to security policies
- Providing support on a rotational basis, including weekends and public holidays
- Leading incident resolution, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions
- Coordinating with internal teams on system setup, maintenance, and updates
- Contributing to process improvements and automation projects
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in Information Security, IT Helpdesk or a related field is a plus, but fresh grads with technical affinity/background are also welcome
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
