•Requirements Analysis: Work with the internal team to understand their IAM requirements, including access requirements, user roles, and regulatory compliance.

15+ years of experience.
•Proven experience as a process analyst, preferably in IAM implementation.
•Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, technologies, and best practices.
•Mastery of techniques for requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
•Experience in conducting and leading presentations and workshops.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
•Certifications in relevant areas (e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, ITIL) are a plus.
•Conceptual understanding of leading Identity & Access Management tools SailPoint and Okta, desirable.
Willing to consider OpenText/NetIQ, Ping Identity/ForgeRock, Azure/Entra
•Experience with IAM concepts in the context of cloud integrations.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Initiative, motivation, constant learning on the job, and creativity.
