Responsibilities
-Conduct inspections in difference restaurents
-Explain the non-compliances to franchisees;
-Work in close collaboration with the operational teams
-Provide training to franchisees and their staff as well
-Planning meetings with different teams and management of daily tasks etc
-Support and ensure the ongoing of Food Safety program in Ontario and Atlantic
Provinces
-Develop a partnership/contact with the various Ministries of Public Health in
Ontario and Atlantic Provinces
-Protect our public image by maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation
Qualifications
-Food science major or certificate.
-Any experience in food quality control management, food service management
and restaurant operations will be considered
