Responsibilities
In this French Bilingual Collections Specialist role in Mississauga, you will hold the following responsibilities:
- Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to collect overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlement arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on customer accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing disputes and issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations regarding debt collection.
- Generate weekly aging, collections, and various other reports.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this French Bilingual Collections Specialist role in Mississauga, you will need the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of high volume B2B / B2C collections experience.
- Must be French and English bilingual.
- An education background in accounting, business administration, or similar fields is a great asset.
