• Creating sales strategy and build a sales team

• Building strong customer relationships through the delivery of high quality and on-time customer service

• Leading a technician team by enabling growth in service and repair, maintenance, complex turnkey, installation, HVAC projects

• Motivating, coaching and training the team to exceed time & quality standards and comply with repair and maintenance processes standard

• Securing orders, guarantee product or service delivery

• Working with customers to ensure the service or equipment meets the system requirements

• A few years of experience in sales of the industrial line of air conditioning (Chiller and VRV etc.)

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Mechanical Engineering)

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service, and maintenance

• Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets

• Experience and motivation to build and lead a sales team

• Make strategy to achieve sales goals and targets together

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Technical expertise in HVAC systems and solutions

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Driver's license B category

• Fluent English and Hungarian
