Address employee HR inquiries and ensure policy compliance.
Contribute to internal committees (with innovative ideas and a genuine care for employee well-being.
Help plan and execute events that celebrate achievements and build team unity.
Other administration duties as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in HR or administration.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office (word/PowerPoint
