Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Oversee timecard approvals, assist with payroll, and verify agency invoices.
Collaborate with external temporary staffing agencies and manage their workforce quality and performance.
Support benefits administration, leave tracking, and return-to-work processes.
Provide HR support for employee relations, including handling performance concerns and workplace conflicts.
Assist with the implementation of HRIS software (UKG) to streamline HR processes.
Maintain organized and confidential employee records and files.
Actively engage in employee training, HR initiatives, and morale-boosting programs.
Perform additional HR and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development, or a combination of education and relevant HR experience.
2-3 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices, with an interest in working “boots on the ground.”
Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
