Undertake appropriate Risk Assessments of Plants to identify potential hazards
Promulgate Policy on Statutory requirements for Plants and Installations on Safety considering State and Central
Regulations.
Training on Safety on All India basis
Liaison and lobbying with Safety Councils and Statutory Authorities
Prepare and Promulgate Approved Annual Safety Management System Calendar, monitor and submit periodic reports
to Management (GM Ops/VP Ops/BHs/CEO)
Analysis of Near Miss, Accidents Investigations and reporting-Ensure Corrective action .
Implement action plan related to Raise the Bar-Safety and Power of Zero-Accident and Losses
Implement Min SHV Gas Standards on Safety, Reports
Issue of Safety Guidelines and Safety Flashes
Manage Folder on Safety in Manthan & OneDrive (Internet)
Statutory and CCOE license status monitoring and review
Prepare SOPs in respect of various critical Plant Activities. 2. Operation manual updation- implementation 3.
