Responsibilities
- Process payroll for 350+ employees in Canada and the U.S. using ADP Workforce Now.
- Handle payroll-related data entry, terminations, status changes, and ROEs.
- Manage benefits administration and claims, reconcile invoices, and report on payroll-related data.
- Support recruitment efforts by drafting job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating orientation.
- Maintain HR policies, occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
- Ensure compliance with employment standards and regulations across multiple regions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience processing payroll
- HR with knowledge including employment law, recruitment, benefits and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ADP Workforce Now (preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Confidentiality, time management, and the ability to work independently.
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business or HR Management preferred.
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation is an asset.
