Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnering:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR solutions that align with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters.
Talent Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the interview and selection process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations and provide guidance to management and employees.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support leadership development initiatives and promote a culture of continuous learning.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR best practices and programs.
